It's funny how some compulsive people on mailing list's can't fight their uncontrollable urge to show their true ignorance on subjects that have nothing to do with them!!
Marc clearly stated in his original request that he was aware of the low rate, however with the client being a non-profit org, thats the best they could do. Marc went on to say that he was aware this rate may offend some folks on this list, and if it did, please refrain from commenting on the list or at least reply to him directly. If you have nothing better to do than flame folks for gettting things done, maybe you should have put in a bid for the job. Because it's obvious you dont have enough work to do!
