Okley-dokley (sheesh I must be getting tired)

I have upload a quick sample of some of my form reuse stuff to:

Feel free to download it and pull it apart. Apologies if its not very
explanatory but I have just ripped some files from my current project and
stuck them in a zip file. I've only got half an hour left and lots to do...

...then I'm off to a remote Scottish Island for the next four days - nice.
