First of all, thanks to each of you for your feedback and suggestions. Unfortunately, I have tried each of the suggested remedies and nothing has helped correct my problem. I have undertaken extensive and very controlled and specific testing that have consumed hours of my time and I have gotten nowhere. Mark, I had sent an email to Alex 2 or 3 days ago asking that he or someone on your staff call me. You indicated in your reply yesterday that someone would contact me directly. Please make it so immediately.
