Geoff,

What format is your data source for this job? Are you using a flat file,
or an ODBC connection?

I encountered the same problem with 4.0 imposition when trying to use ODBC
along with stack settings. My fix was to export the data from my database
to a flat file, and then imposition with stack worked fine. I have been
told that Printable is aware of the ODBC / stack problem, and is working
on a fix.

Let me know if this applies to your situation, or you want any more
information.
