This stuff is utter nonsense.  What is "information-based productivity"?
It's just a fancy name for shuffling papers.

Once the physical resources (mostly energy) that support the global
paper-shuffling industry is history, the global paper-shuffling industry
will be history too.

Does anyone think they can eat infoburgers?
