hm? The rate of profit falls even without any
investment scheduled for environmental research/
precautions. I thought the capitalist economic mechanism needs
profits to operate. Why do you think that besides
those long-worded policy documents - sitting in deep,
dark drawers - nothing really meaningful happened even in the
developed world in the last 20 years.
