The rhetoric about "split second decisions" and "saving lives",
especially the final phrase above, is absolute nonsense in this case.
As the renowned German newsmagazine Der Spiegel revealed,

the agents had followed the Brazilian all the way from his home to
the subway, including a __15-minutes BUS RIDE__ from Tulse Hill Road
to Stockwell. Plenty of time to ignite the "bombs in his coat" in a
crowded bus...
If he had been a bomber targeting the subway, he surely wouldn't have
taken such a long detour by bus before, in a city full of security agents.
If the agents following him assumed he was a bomber, they would have had
to execute him as he entered the BUS.
So the official story simply doesn't add up, like in the Sgrena shooting
incident that Harry defended even though the Coalition man who drove the
car told a very different version.

With this actionable libel, Harry merely discredits himself and insults
the intelligence of the readers of this list (once again).
Worse, with his repeated denial and defense of war crimes, Harry sinks
to the intellectual and ethical level of fascists.
