Pretty Orwellian -- actually, it's the "Free Market" and globalization rhetoric that says "each-man-for-himself", and _denies_ that "we are all in this together, and we are all dragged downward by the weakest links." Funny, wherever their recipe utterly fails (at non-profitable things like general military defense and now Asian Flu preventative measures), the privatizers suddenly call for society to foot the bill. The old "privatize the profits, socialize the losses" scheme...
