Amen. I often wonder how so many seniors and others are doing when govt services migrate to the web. To get info on this and that simply click on gov.ca, etc. So many people are unable to do this due to not having a computer, are infirm for one reason or another. Getting people to click on this or that saves money for govt or corps but all too often leaves people out of the citizenry loop.
