Of course but the Freedmen aren't the only ones being denied.   There are
plenty of bloods who are denied the right of return as well.  It's all about
government and money.    You have to have signed a collaborationist
anti-Cherokee Nation list on the Dawes Rolls at the turn of the last century
to be eligible.     Racism is not dead.     But what does that have to do
with murder?
