You have outstripped my bible knowledge here.  What
evil did Abraham's other son -- presumably the
rightful one is Isaac? -- do to anyone?

I thought the problem was that
Abraham "just obeyed orders" and went out
to put his son to death to purify the Reich -- excuse me,
I meant he *sacrificed* his son in obedience to Y-w-h.

If we have an "ancestral memory" (a la Jung, et al.). how
can any child trust their father after what Abraham did?
One simply cannot count on the Fuhrer
changing his mind and taking one's pets instead of
oneself, or being liberated by the
Allied armies before one's turn comes....

Abraham does seem to have been part of the problem,
not part of the solution.

There is a pioneering psychoanalyst in
Freud's inner circle who
who had a name that apparently fit him: Dr. Abraham.
