Harry, please confirm with your doctor and don't take my word for it, but
men over 25 - 30 should drink very little milk, and that's low or non fat
milk. Check it out. Get your calcium elsewhere.

My impression is that far more dangerous than milkfat is:

transfat

"partially hydrogenated oils" which enable the
FoodMegaCorps to cut costs by a fraction of a cent
per unit. If you like to read the small print,
whenever you see "Partially hydrogenated..."
among the ingredients,
put the food back on the shelf and continue with your
life.

Unfortunately, transfats are in lots of food products,
starting with vegetable shortening and margarine.

You don't have to replace calcium lost in child bearing years, and the milk fat goes straight to the arteries and other soft organ tissues that don't need anymore stress over time.

See Drink more tea attached.

Ray, old chum,

As I said, I never eat at McDonalds, so I can't confirm your opinion of
their produce.

Also, I rarely drink coffee, but when I do I sip it. I don't rush it to the
mouth. The same with tea - a much better drink. I even warm the cup to
ensure I get it hot. But, then I sip it while I do other things and
thoroughly enjoy it.

You New Yorkers rush too much.

Drink Milk! As the TV ads are wont to say.
