Hi, What must the way to open a case when you are renewing yearly at Checkpoint? When you try to open a case they close it nearly immediatly and reports and says that open the case through a partner. When you return to partners they sometime say that we have to a new support aggreement with them (and some wants money) which seems foolish.
What to do to open a case if you are an end user?
