Is your PPTP machine a client or a server?
Are you running PPTP on the firewall?
Is your PPTP machine behind a firewall or on an external segment?
Is your PPTP counterpart (client or server) behind a firewall or on an
external segment?
If yes to either of the two above what kind of NAT?
What do your log entries look like?
Was there any problems relative to PPTP servers talking to clients behind a
static NAT?
my config:
PPTP Client->FW1->Internet->PPTP Server
I have a static NAT set up for this specific machine. I see two log entires
evey time I try to connect.
accept PPTP-control My_pptp_client PPTP-Server gre
accept 34827 My_pptp_client PPTP-Server gre
(it says gre instead of 47 because I added gre to the services file in
sysroot/drivers/etc/ folder)
