Exactly, and that's a sentiment I stated in my blog entry. 

Just because ZF is partnering with Dojo does not mean that Dojo is the
_only_ library that can be used with ZF. Yes, we will be shipping Dojo
with ZF, but it, and the integration points I'm creating, are entirely
use-at-will like the rest of our architecture. If you have your own
favorite JS library, my goal is for you to write integration components
using the work I've done as a blueprint.

No, we won't ship other JS libraries with ZF, but integration
components? Yes! Again, we want to leave you, the developer, free to
choose the technology stack that best suits you and your team.
