Nope. I haven't lived in Fort Wayne since last year. Still on the mailing list since its one of the best LUGs in the world. If you can make any meetings, especially the social ones, you should go. Good crowd to hang out with and they may have some answers for your technical questions. There are several VirtualBox users around here, lets start with the basics to help them help you: 1. What are you trying to accomplish? I assume to have FreeNAS running inside VirtualBox 2. What are the goals for #1? For example run FreeNAS to do some backups or use FreeNAS in VBox to try it out before moving it to full dedicated hardware 2a. Are you committed to the specifics for #1 or are you open to alternatives to #1 that can help you get to #2? For example run FreeNAS as a VM in VMWare or VBox. 3. What software and tools are you using? Windows XP host, VirtualBox version ???, FreeNAS version ???, FreeNAS ISO or prebuilt virtual machine?? 4. What have you done so far? 5. What point are you getting stuck at? Any error messages? 6. What resources have you consulted?? Websites, other forums, etc.
