Was gone for the weekend. I'm not an expert but I had a look at VBox and I
can see where to add disks but not where to specify all those detailed
settings.
Anyone else on the list have some ideas?

It doesnt involve VirtualBox, but there is a pre-built VMWare image for
FreeNAS at: http://www.vmware.com/appliances/directory/168
