Yes, I agree. I can now get the thing apart in about 15 minutes and I found a
way to replace the AC card without a full disassembly. The Pismo is certianly
the last of its kind as far as easy repair and with not so expensive parts.
Often it is AC sound card that dies and then the Pismo is sold for a pittance
and the new owner pops the new card in and has more years of use. Right now,
Pismos are selling slowly and for alot less money since we have this financial
