mine has a problem there. AC is fine but the audio in/out is on the same card which is not working. I was hoping there were shortcuts to the replace. On my old 3400 I didn't have to go nearly as far as the guide I found online (was to replace hard drive which looked tough in those days). Also wonder if it is just the jacks or the solder point, that is possible the board could be repaired rather than replace.
