Hello All,
I'm running a nifty Wallstreet g-book and I'm wondering what the
true maximum ram limit is on this machine? I see 512mb kits on ebay,
but apple-history.com says 192mb, who's right?
I've got 9.2 and OSX running on this (10.4 via xpostfacto). It's
got about 128mb or so in it and I popped in a 60gig drive from the
'ole parts drawer'. The puter appears to be chugging along pretty
well, but the heavy drive usage at frequent intervals for virtual
memory swaps is generating a lot of heat. Battery life is pretty dang
respectable and ranges over an hour and a quarter, so. If I can ramp
the memory up and ramp drive usage down, I might be able to extend
that a bit.

Richard
