Wallstreet 2 will run happily with a high density stick of ram. Mine has
one 64MB stick in the lower slot, but the upper one has an old 512MB
PC100 (or is it 133?) SODIMM from a Dell Lat C610 in the upper slot
(which is physically half as wide in size as the usual ram you'd expect
to see in the upper slot.) It only sees half of the chip's capacity,
because it is high density, but the machine has 320MB over all and runs
just fine. The ram was going spare and I'm happy it got put to some use.

Boots Mac OS X 10.3.9 (via Xpostfacto), 10.2.8 (native) and Old school
9.1. Mac OS 9 is only there to bootstrap Panther when I haven't used the
Wallstreet 2 for a while and have therefore removed the battery (which
otherwise drains itself over time.) The powerbook is for sale if anyone
in the UK is interested ;-)
