With my 400MHz Pismo, I generally don't bother with videos.  However, if
there is one that I really want to see, I download it and watch it
either in 3-column preview mode in Finder, or with a lightweight
application like QTAmateur.  Perian is an essential QuickTime add-on for
this approach.
