1) You need a fast pipe from youtube or a big buffer. 2) Flash sux. 3) Flash on a Mac is xtra sucky because Adobe's programmers have about 1/1000 the talent as Macromedia's did. 4) See 2. With YouTube, there's possible solution -- they offer most (all?) of their content via H.264 also.
