I had trouble trying to install Tiger on my clamshell. I assume I used XPF but I don't recall. I don't have Tiger on CDs so I used an external USB DVD drive. Slow but it worked. Odd, but I did have trouble trying to install Debian Linux on it. It booted the CD-ROM okay but it kept having trouble installing from the CD. It sounded like the drive kept spinning up and down and the installer acted as if the drive wasn't working.
