Aluminum G3s do not over-clock well, if at all.

Copper G3s may over-clock, or these may not. Luck of the draw. Generally, 300 MHz or faster G3s COULD be copper, depending upon luck.

Even G4s don:t over-clock well, if at all.

Strangely enough, the easiest processors to over-clock are not PPC at all, but are Intels.

A 2.83 GHz Core 2 Quad Intel can easily go to 3.4 GHz.
