Not sure if you have a PPC or Intel Mini, check

You should try to reset the SMC or PMU, SMC is the term for intel macs and PMU 
is the term for PPC macs.

Which OS are you running? When did this happen? Remove any erroneous hardware 
and check. Did you recently install software and then notice this?
