No, this is wrong. PC133 is backwards compatible with PC100 or PC66. PC133 is fine, but finding "low-density" PC133 would be hard, and "high-density" (also called "double-density") will only be recognized as half the real size.
And you quote below it is to be 128MB where yours in hand is 256???
This is a mistake by Apple, when the Lombard came out 128MB was the largest SoDimm manufactured. It can take 256MB fine.
