I have a Wallstreet Series II laptop. I have a 300Mhz G3 processor card that when I hook up the power cord with no battery installed, the fan and power light comes on and stays on. Normally, it would turn off after a few seconds. When I have the battery installed and pull the power cord, it stays running.
Sometimes, if I unplug it and plug it back it, the power light blinks once and then nothing. I'm thinking the CPU is probably bad. I've tired hitting the power button and also tried forcing a reboot, but no response. Any ideas?
