Thanks for that. Never had a problem before, but it does seem a common problem. I did bend the arm in a bit and it seems to be holding, but like you said keep the keyboard and everything should be fine.

One more little thing Simon, once in a while check "About This Mac" to be sure the RAM reports to work:-) Also the TiBooks are supposed to have low density RAM, make sure the stick has 16 chips, some times they will see high density but a little iffy.
