The Lombard 400 will ONLY play DVDs in OS 9.  If people got it work in OS X
it is some type of hack but the DVD decoder does not support OS 9.  Should
work with Classic. And it needs the PCMCIA decoder too.  That rules out the
333 model since it doesn't have the chip on the motherboard.  I have tried
unsuccessfully to get one working in OS X even with XPOSTFACTO.

In OS 9 it seems there is a video and sound drift since they don't sync up
about half way in a movie.

Fun facts:  The DVD decoder package with a 2X DVD-ROM and the decoder list
price was $495 so this was a real luxury accessory back in 1999.
