That's odd. this would indicate a flaky DC-in board, maybe. That 'rainbow power 
cable' is the main power for the system, I think. if the buzz continues when 
the speakers are disconnected, maybe something is shorting out where it wraps 
around the speaker. I'd examine that cable closely.
