Does it restart immediately if you hold down the power button when it freezes or do you have to wait a while? Especially if it’s the latter, what I’d do is open it up and make sure everything is properly connected and reseat everything, particularly the RAM. It may be jarred just loose enough that when it warms up, it disconnects. If that doesn’t fix it, sadly, it’s likely that something cracked on the logic board and is doing the same thing. Also, it’s possible that something metallic has come loose and is shorting things out when the correct temperatue is reached or the iBook is moved just right.
