Uhh... Tentec's amateur radio gear can cost anywhere from $400 to $4000. This isnt radio shack stuff. I think you completely missed her point- which was that good quality plus great customer service and standing behind your product produces profound customer loyalty. Apple used to have both- but both have suffered greatly but they still charge premiums. Dyna isn't the only person saying this, or being bit by it.
