In fact, the reason I paid was so that I could get support. I wanted to know if I would be able to convert my wife's existing iTools account under my .mac account. You know, pay the $10, and just convert hers over to one of my subordinate accounts. They would never answer. I posted that question back on July20. They never responded. I paid my $49, so that I could get an answer, and I never got it.
