(i'm an audio engineer, so i hear those things) but the computer get really hot when i leave it plug in and it's in sleep mode w/ the screan closed or if it is off and the screan is closed. it has been doing this for about 10 days. i think it started before i added the new memory but i cannot be sure. been really busy lately. this laptop is what i use for my ableton live rig, and i use it for live performance so i cannot have it shut down on me in front of people. i'm getting very scarred of this. the copmuter has not had a cpu upgrade it is a G3 500, 640 mb, ox x.2.8 and os 9.2.2, 20 gig HD. i bought it off of ebay about 14 months ago and this is the first problem i have had. thank you everyone scotto lansing, mi plaztikjezuz.com -- G-Books is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
