Uhm, because a bunch of people claim they have similar symptoms does not mean there is a "known issue." Sorry but it actually does take some R&D time to determine such things. What research have you done into the matter to understand just what the problem(s) are, under what condition(s) such problem(s) arise, and if such problem(s) are reproducible? Do you happen to be well versed in large scale production and R&D models that you can fault Apple for not coming to accurate conclusions as fast as you would have liked? A "known issue" does not mean that some people have complained there was a problem, a known issue indicates that Apple is aware of a reproducible design flaw with a determined likelihood of occurring in a known percentage of products.

There is a lot of "known" information there ... Since no one outside of Apple actually has access to the numbers and proprietary information necessary to make such determinations, we in the public, just get to second judge. It seems you are real good at the second judging part, but thing is, I don't know that Apple could have done better than they did, nor do I know of anyone who seems to do better. That doesn't mean I am right or that they couldn't have improved, but you're belief that they could have is unsubstantiated, and at this point, unless you have something to bring to the table, you are right in your conclusion that there is no point in continuing this discussion.

I have read just about all there is available on it and have a bit of

anything you offered, nor are your retorts accurate, go do some more
digging.

So you still think that they never denied there was a problem? I guess this
is pointless to discuss with you any further.
