The jump from a 266 with a 512 Cache to a 333 with a 1mb Cache is a decent one.
I would make the cut-off point at around $90.  The real speed difference would
be felt with the Cache...not the actual processor.  I just benchmarked those
processors and the speed increase was 26%.  That is significant enough (IMHO) to
warrant an upgrade.  But not if it costs $200.
