I understand how you feel Joe, but don't knock all the Computer Dealers. 
I used to work to work for Computerware before it folded, and I never 
pulled that sh*t.  If someone came in,  "asking the famous I just bought 
an imac and I can't connect my laser printer to it", I would pull the 
Asante Localtalk adapter out and save the day.  But in the case of an 
old inkjet printer it made no sense to buy an adapter. I would just tell 
the customer to buy a cheap new $80 inkjet printer.
