Joe,
It's the dumb-brain sales personnel they hire. Earlier this year the
local (Bay Area) Mac computer chain, ComupterWare, went belly up.
While I didn't have problems with them like you had with yours since
I didn't have the tough question like that for them. I assume
someone there would have been able to answer the question correctly
since they were a Mac-only chain, but who knows. Were these Mac-only
dealers perchance? If they were, they need to update there sales
floor knowledge big time.
