Hi Andrew, have you tried burning with the CDRW connected on the USB card directly? This should work. The reason I am suggesting this is because I have a Belkin 4 port USB hub and my USB ZIP-250 will not work when conencted to the hub, but will work when connected directly to the USB port at the back of my G4.
