As a suggestion, I also had one heck of a time with my printer when I
upgraded to 9.1 I kept getting the message "User theme Font can't be found
or is outdated, please reinstall user theme font". No one, including Apple
which stayed on the phone with me for almost 2 1/2 hours trying to fix the
problem, had heard of the user theme font. I spent days trying to figure it
out and then I tried to run Appleworks 5.04 and found it is not included in
the 9.1 package. I had to reload it from my old application. I reloaded it
and in the process of reloading, I saw one of the files being loaded was
"User theme Font" After reloading, I rebuilt the desktop, Zapped Pram, and
the printer has worked everyday since. I was using an Epson 440 Stylus
Color Printer. I have found that once you have 9.1 you should go ahead and
upgrade to 9.2.2. It's much more stable, it's free, and fixes many of the
bugs that you will run into in 9.1, if you haven't run into them already.
Make sure after every upgrade that you rebuild the desktop and Zap the Pram.
Also, make sure you update your firmware to 4.2.8 PRIOR to installing 9.2.2.
That is very important for it to load properly. If you use Appleworks
5.0.4, try it and see if it is working, if not, then reload it and it should
solve the printing problem. Good Luck
