I thought OS X was alright but a little sluggish on my b&w G3 350. Had 896MB of RAM in it too.. It doesn�t compare with my G4/800 running it though.. :) I actually use it on my new Mac now. Still kinda sluggish in spots but its really nice with the Altivec..
