as i said, we need to know which way it happened, if it didn't expire it
was a theft.  if it did expire then macster are still scum, but within
the rules.  by the way, the dispute resolution rules allow you to
get/get back any registered domain that someone is just squatting on, at
least that's what the dispute resolution policy says.  there are
actually a number of ways to get a domain someone else has, you can even
shut down a site that's using a similar name to misdirect people, at
least in theory, on electrons (i'd say paper but i've never been able to
get paper out of my modem).  this is supposed to stop people tying up
all the names they think people might want so they can extort them
later, not that several companies don't still try to scam people.  i
agree though, unless it did truly expire and "Vicente Peiro Crespo" has
a legitimate claim or use for the domain they should both be tarred and
feathered and have their electricity turned off to prevent further
abuses (in most locations i believe it is illegal to use a "public
utility" in the commission of a crime).
