That's a Rev. A ROM, so the corresponding board revision is Rev. 1.

A Rev. B ROM is $77D.45F1; Rev. C ROM is $77D.45F2.

300 MHz and faster machines are indeed Rev. 2 (and are usually Rev. 3).

Late 266 MHz machines, and ANY machine of whatever speed with a 
factory-installed EIDE Zip is at least Rev. 2, if not Rev. 3.
