seriously, read the dispute resolution rules, speculation for profit is basically not allowed, although you'd have to fight to avoid it in some cases. then again, dotster is being allowed to auction off some of the new .info names they think will be "hot", which hardly seems fair. i've already commented on this to icann and suggested that it shouldn't be allowed, icann makes and enforces the rules in this respect.
