RE; I too ,I did not reprint entire length of message,but offer my opinion,I think no two of these machines are alike ,from the software choices loaded being as different as each individual useing.some similarities exist just enough to show a trend or culprit causeing trouble like netscape 6.whatever,beyond that it helps to have somewhere to start looking to solve a problem which is for me a contant battle that (Im loseing) best wishes
