Disk Plus Optimizer is always nearly completing the disk fragmentation routine and then at the end saying it had to stop because some other program accessed the hard drive. This despite *all* other programs being off when I run it. My disk still seemed to be faster. Maybe I should check the fragmentation state with Norton...
