RE; they had several, mine is a tripp-lite,its a surge protector strip with
cable and ethernet connectors on it, much like I used with a phone line
connection earlier,I was told at the time of installation I would not need
anything like this with cable,however the local mac store was loaded with
machines for repair with the same problem at the same time.,,,I dont care
much for time/warner,now''' even less so
