Be careful, though, those storms will knock out other things. Primarily Cable modems and DSL routers. For those of you that use the lemlists.com service you got my email last week on Friday about a bad storm coming through. It was the worst that the Twin Cities had faced all summer. Thankfully none of the servers were lost but I did lose the function of the Modem. Saturday morning I woke up to the cable line having been severed. Then I figured out later that evening that a power surge (either through the coaxial or power) crippled my modem. I just got an upgraded modem today and everything is back (I deployed my second server today). This is one of those acts of god the cable company in town will cover. -- Ryan Coleman Coleman Web / Internet Services http://cwis.biz/ http://lemlists.com/ [EMAIL PROTECTED] (612) 378-7901 -- G-List is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
