my modem (a 56k dynalink) regularly get 5kb a sec now and again it get 8kb or 10kb ?? how this is possible i have no idea ?? would the fact that i connect to the internet through an ethernet connection to my server make it faster? i don't see how??
in case your wondering i use a modem 'cuz the only broadband available in my street is satellite and is VERY expensive :( grrr only two streets across they have cable grrr!!
